The Beat of the Infinite: Throw that Ass in a Healing Circle (11/12)

Sometimes all you need is a safe space to throw ass about it. This is a ceremony where you’ll be guided through a music meditation to connect in deeply with your body and the divine feminine, and to gently explore movements that open your hips and your energy centers.

This isn’t a typical “how to twerk” class. This is designed to awaken the wisdom of your body while quieting the mind so that you can simply exist in a flow state. Whether your hips are juicy or have been feeling stagnant, you’ll receive exactly the activation that you need. Women since the beginning of time have always known that the best therapy is shaking ass ;)

You’ll experience shamanic drumming, bass music, and a circle of baddies to vibe with. The real way we set our bodies free isn’t by learning technique, it’s by experiencing music and rhythm in ceremony together. It’s the most natural thing we can do. & ravers know that you always leave a dance floor a “better” dancer because you actually just let yourself go. Not to mention the biological benefits that humans have from syncing to a rhythm in a group: your mirror neurons will teach you more about how to move that booty in the way that feels best for you than a room with physical mirrors.

The Ceremony Arc

3 hours. Every layer of your being.

We begin by dropping into the body, setting intentions, and arriving fully into the present moment.

Before the journey opens, every participant is offered ceremonial functional mushroom tea and hand-selected plant allies to support a softened mind, deeper sensation in the body, and an expanded capacity to receive.

From there, we move into a full-length, guided EDM soundscape. The most healing dance party you’ve ever experienced — a space to soften, shake, move, dance, play, and let go.

High-vibrational crystals hold the space, amplifying your intention and weaving the healing frequencies of the Earth into every moment.

After the music, a gentle, multi-instrument sound bath will hold you as you integrate.

We close with space to journal, share, and let everything that moved through you land softly and intentionally.
